# capi

Coalesced authority, power, and influence = control.

Capi can be held by an individual or a team.

It is coalesced when all elements are brought together so that the person or team has the authority to make a decision, the cooperation of those needed to implement the decision (power), and specific knowledge of the information or technology required to make and implement the decision (influence).
