# Implementor

An essential individual on a [Synerteam](/adizes/wiki/synerteam.md) who has the [authority](/adizes/wiki/a.md) to [take the decision](/adizes/wiki/take-a-decision.md).

The Implementor has the first and last word in any Adizes session and has the right to veto any decision being made by the [Synerteam](/adizes/wiki/synerteam.md).
