# Abnormal Problems

Each lifecycle stage has a set of normal problems, which are expected in that stage. If those normal problems are not addressed by the time the organization grows into the next lifecycle stage, those normal problems become abnormal.

An example from personal life would be wetting the bed: When a two- year-old wets the bed, it is a normal problem; if he continues to wet the bed when he is thirteen years old, that would be considered an abnormal problem.
