# Aristocracy; Aristocratic Organization

Organizational style (pAeI).

One of the aging stages of the organizational lifecycle, in which the entrepreneurial spirit has been lost and there is an absence of creativity and risk-taking. Form takes precedence over function, and the organization survives on momentum alone. The organization may be asset-rich, but will soon begin to suffer from negative cash flow.
