# Make (a decision)

The process by which a person or a team of people makes a decision by following the [8-step decision-making process](https://adizes-institute.gitbook.io/adizes/wiki/8-step-decision-making-process).

Making a decision is differentiated from taking a decision which is done by the Implementor alone, and [accepting a decision](https://adizes-institute.gitbook.io/adizes/wiki/accept-a-decision) which is done by the team, but only after the Implementor has taken the decision.
