Take (a decision)

A step in the 8-step decision-making process used in Synerteams in which the Implementor finalizes the decision being made.

Taking a decision is differentiated from making a decision (which is done by the full Synerteam), and accepting a decision (also done by the team, but only after the Implementor has taken the decision).
