Benevolent Prince

A mismanagement style with the code (PA-I).

This style is interested in short-term results, (P), and efficient systems of control, (A), and is capable of uniting people to implement the decisions and the systems, (I).

Whereas the Slave Driver (PA--) simply gets people working, the Benevolent Prince allows others to present and discuss ideas, although he makes the final decision himself. The Benevolent Prince is a mismanagement style because it provides no vision and is unwilling to take risks.
