# Developmental POC The POC which directly deals with the mission, strategy, structure, and accountability of an organization ([Phases IV,](/adizes/wiki/phase-iv.md) [V](/adizes/wiki/phase-v.md), [VI](/adizes/wiki/phase-vi.md), [VIII](/adizes/wiki/phase-viii.md), [IX](/adizes/wiki/phase-ix.md), and [XI](/adizes/wiki/phase-xi.md)). Different from a maintenance POC in that the maintenance POC indirectly deals with operational PIPs by creating capi teams.
