# Charismatic Guru

A mismanagement style with the code (P-EI).

An effective leader who creates new directions (E), motivates his fellow workers (I), and gets consistently successful results (P), but cannot systematize the process (A). 

The Charismatic Guru creates results with his charisma and not with any system because he lacks (A); when he dies or leaves an organization, without any (A) whatever he started will only be temporary.
