# Demagogue

A mismanagement style with the code (--EI).

This type of mismanager might be a convincing salesperson or a run-of-the-mill politician. Although she is creative and adaptive, her lack of (P) leaves her unconcerned about the consequences of her efforts. The Demagogue uses (E) to identify the ideas that will appeal to her constituents, and (I)ntegrates these into her own style in the form of promises, but she has no system for keeping these promises—no (A)—and no ability to deliver what he promises—no (P).
