An all-inclusive document, which is part of the planning and information process, that incorporates profitability measures not reflected in the [Blue Book](/adizes/wiki/blue-book.md), including product profitability, market segment success, market share, and all other financial and non-financial key indicators crucial to the successful management of an achievement center.
