# Contribution to/from

The amount of money that a lower-level green unit provides the green unit to which it reports.

The lower-level green has a “Contribution to” and the higher-level green has a “Contribution from”. Related to the [Blue Book](https://adizes-institute.gitbook.io/adizes/wiki/blue-book) and Red Book, which are deployed as part of [Phase VI](https://adizes-institute.gitbook.io/adizes/wiki/phase-vi) of the Adizes Program for Organizational Transformation.
