# Blue Book

A planning and information process that compiles budgets for all achievement centers in an organization for a given fiscal year.

The Blue Book may be presented in annual summary form, supported by detailed quarterly or monthly budgets. Note that the Blue Book page for a profit center includes the sharing and taxation segment, while the Blue Book pages for cost and service centers do not.
